follow_api.get_following_by_page

Purpose

Returns the accounts that an account follows, by page. (EOL) Alias of condenser_api.get_following_by_page: parameters are passed as a positional array -- account:string; page:int (0-based -- page 0 returns the first page, each further page skips another page_size rows); page_size:int (required, max 100); follow_type:string (optional, defaults to blog).

Note: the row offset is page * page_size. page_size is required; omitting it returns -32602.

"steemitblog"	0	2	Queries the first page (page 0) of the accounts steemitblog follows, 2 per page.
"alice"	1	100	Queries page 1 -- skips the first 100 rows -- of the accounts alice follows, 100 per page.
