The chain_api plugin is defined in source but not enabled on public nodes; the namespace is not registered.

Purpose

Pushes a block to the node.

Parameters: block:object (a signed block); currently_syncing:bool (optional, defaults to false)

Returns success:bool and, on failure, an error:string.
