Purpose

Retourne les délégations de vesting (vesting delegation) faites par un compte. Paramètres : delegator_account:string ; start_account:string ; limit:int jusqu'à 1000

"steemit"	null	10	Interroge jusqu'à 10 délégations de vesting de "steemit".
