Purpose

Disabilitato dalla versione 0.20.6, vedere: #3029

Restituisce la larghezza di banda (bandwidth) disponibile di un account. Parametri: account:string; type:string, ad esempio: forum o market

"steemit"	"forum"	Interroga la larghezza di banda forum disponibile per l’account denominato "steemit".
"alice"	"market"	Interroga la larghezza di banda market disponibile per l’account denominato "alice".
