Bandwidth was disabled in 0.20.6; public nodes no longer serve this method.

Purpose

Desactivado desde la versión 0.20.6, véase: #3029

Devuelve el ancho de banda (bandwidth) disponible de una cuenta. Parámetros: account:string; type:string, p. ej.: forum o market

"steemit"	"forum"	Consulta el ancho de banda de forum disponible para la cuenta llamada "steemit".
"alice"	"market"	Consulta el ancho de banda de market disponible para la cuenta llamada "alice".
