Bandwidth was disabled in 0.20.6; public nodes no longer serve this method.

Purpose

Отключён с версии 0.20.6, см.: #3029

Возвращает доступную пропускную способность (bandwidth) аккаунта. Параметры: account:string; type:string, например: forum или market

account (string)	type (string)
"steemit"	"forum"	Запрос доступной пропускной способности forum для аккаунта с именем "steemit".
"alice"	"market"	Запрос доступной пропускной способности market для аккаунта с именем "alice".
