The chain_api plugin is defined in source but not enabled on public nodes; the namespace is not registered.

Purpose

Envía un bloque (block) al nodo (push).

Parámetros: block:object (un bloque firmado); currently_syncing:bool (opcional, false por defecto)

Devuelve success:bool y, en caso de fallo, un error:string.
