The chain_api plugin is defined in source but not enabled on public nodes; the namespace is not registered.

Purpose

Schiebt einen Block an den Knoten.

Parameter: block:object (ein signierter Block); currently_syncing:bool (optional, Standard false)

Liefert success:bool und im Fehlerfall ein error:string.
