Purpose

Gibt die angesagtesten Themen (trending topics) über ausstehende Beiträge hinweg zurück (eine Mischung aus Communities und Tags).

Parameter: limit:int (optional, Standard 10, Maximum 25); observer:string (optional, noch nicht verwendet)
