Purpose

Gibt die Auszahlungsrouten (withdraw routes) eines Kontos zurück. Parameter: account:string; type:string

"steemit"	"outgoing"	Abfrage der ausgehenden Auszahlungsrouten von "steemit".
"steemit"	"incoming"	Abfrage der eingehenden Auszahlungsrouten von "steemit".
"steemit"	"all"	Abfrage aller Auszahlungsrouten von "steemit".
