Defined in the steem source (52dcfabb); the debug_node plugin is not enabled on public nodes.

Purpose

Gibt das Hardfork-Eigenschaftsobjekt zurück und meldet die Hardforks, die auf einem Debug-Knoten angewendet wurden.
