Purpose

Devuelve el historial de operaciones (trade) del mercado interno SBD:STEEM. Parámetros: start:timestamp; end:timestamp; limit:int hasta 1000

"2018-01-01T00:00:00"	"2018-01-02T00:00:00"	10	Consulta hasta 10 operaciones entre el 1 de enero de 2018 y el 2 de enero de 2018.
