Purpose

Devuelve las delegaciones de vesting (vesting delegation) que expiran de una cuenta. Parámetros: account:string, after:timestamp

account (string)	after (timestamp)
"steemit"	"2018-01-01T00:00:00"	Consulta el vesting que expira después del 1 de enero de 2018.
"alice"	"2017-12-01T00:00:00"	Consulta el vesting que expira después del 1 de diciembre de 2017.
